We offer Technical Software support Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 P.m. We observe Federal and State Holidays. Our clients can request support by fax, telephone, or e-mail. We also offer remote access with the permission of our clients. We find that trouble shooting remotely can save on billing time. Our support staff is extremely knowledgeable as well as responsive to the needs of our clients. |
